Prince William, Kate name their new child Louis Arthur Charles

London, Apr 27 (IBNS): Britain's Prince William and his wife Kate have named their new born child as Louis Arthur Charles, officials said on Friday.

The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge," tweeted the Kensington Palace.

Kate recently gave birth to the child.

The new baby is the third child of  Kate.

The newborn is fifth in line to the throne.

Kate and her husband Prince William are parents to two children-Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Prince George was born in 2013 while Princess Charlotte took birth in 2015.

The child will be Queen's sixth great-grandchild.
