Afghanistan: Kabul University clash kills 1

Kabul, Nov 16 (IBNS): Two groups clashed in Kabul University campus of Afghanistan, leaving at least one person killed on Thursday, media reports said on Friday.

The clash left two others injured.

Kabul police spokesman Abdul Basir Mujahid told Pajhwok Afghan News the clash first broke out between two students on their turn to get lunch food at their hostel and later other students joined the scuffle.

The identity of the deceased person is still not known.

Abdul Basir Mujahid told the Afghanistan-based news agency that  35 persons have been arrested in connection with the incident so far.

The clash has stopped and the situation is currently under control.
