Tumbbad collects Rs. 8.99 cr in two weeks

Mumbai, Oct 26 (IBNS): Bollywood film Tumbbad has collected Rs. 8.99 crore at the Indian box office in two weeks since its release.

Tumbbad was released on Oct 12.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Tumbbad was steady in Week 2... Decline in Week 2 [vis-à-vis Week 1]: 46.32%... [Week 2] Fri 46 lakhs, Sat 70 lakhs, Sun 74 lakhs, Mon 35 lakhs, Tue 31 lakhs, Wed 30 lakhs, Thu 28 lakhs. Total: ₹ 8.99 cr. India biz."

The movie is scheduled to release in India on Oct 12.

The film stars Sohum Shah in the lead role.
