Lion to release on Feb 24

Mumbai, Feb 3 (IBNS): Actor Dev Patel's upcoming movie Lion is all set to hit the silver screen on Feb 24.

"PictureWorks and PVR Pictures to release #Lion on 24 Feb 2017. Poster," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Indian origin actor Dev Patel, who has gained international fame with his performance in several movies, has earned Oscar nomination for his acting in “Lion”.

He will be competing to grab the Best Actor in a Supporting Role title.

The other nominations in the category are Mahershala Ali (“Moonlight”), Jeff Bridges (“Hell or High Water”) and Michael Shannon (“Nocturnal Animals”).
