Patna, Dept 11 (The Bihar Post/IBNS): A woman in Bihar chopped off the genitals of a youth after he allegedly tried to rape her.

The incident took place at Mahmada village in East Champaran district in the middle of this week but was reported in the local media only on Sunday.

Reports said the woman was doing farm works in the paddy field when the accused reached on the spot and tried to rape her after finding her alone.

In defence, the woman chopped off his genitals with a sickle and subsequently reached the nearest police station to register a case against the accused.
