Transfers of Chief Justices and Judges in the different High Courts

New Delhi, May 10 (IBNS) The Ministry of Law & Justice, on Tuesday, announced the transfer of chief justices and judges of various courts, after the President of India approved the transfers in consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
Justice Navin Sinha, Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court will assume duty as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court while Justice Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice of the Tripura High Court, will assume duty as Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court. 
 
Among the judges, Justice Tinlianthang Vaiphei, Judge of the Gauhati High Court, will assume duty as a Judge of the Tripura High Court; Justice Ved Prakash Vaish, Judge of the Delhi High Court, will assume duties as a Judge of the Meghalaya High Court; and  Justice Satish Kumar Agnihotri, Judge of the Madras High Court, will assume charge as a Judge of the Sikkim High Court.
 
All of them are expected to assume their respective duties on or before May 23
