Three militants held in Nagaland's Phek, arms-ammu recovered

Guwahati: Security forces apprehended three militants of NSCN-K and NNC (NPGN) and recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition in Nagaland's Phek district.

Based on intelligence input, troops of Spear Cops and Nagaland Police had jointly launched operation at Porba area in Phek district about presence of militants.

Security personnel had apprehended two militants of NSCN-K and one militant of NNC(NPGN) from the area.

Security forces had recovered one AK-47, one pistol and ammunition in possession of the militants.

Later, the nabbed militants and recovered arms,  ammunition were handed over to police.
