Police identified the deceased as Rajendra (45), Kalika (42), and Rajendra (45), all residents of Mallaiya village and were working in a cold storage.

"On Sunday night while they were returning home the trio was hit by the truck on Unnao road. The truck later overturned on the victims," police said.

Police sources said the injured were taken to the community health centre where doctors declared Rajendra and Kalika dead. "Rajendra was referred to a trauma centre at Lucknow where he died during treatment," police said.
