New Delhi, Sep 9 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to the Centre on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government's appeals challenging the Delhi High court's verdict holding Lieutenant Governor as Delhi's administrative head, according to media reports.

The apex court has given the centre six weeks to file its response to the appeals.
The SC has also said that it will decide on Nov 15 whether the appeals should be referred to a Constitution bench.
