SpiceJet introduces new flight connecting New Delhi and Pantnagar

Gurugram: SpiceJet Friday announced the launch of a new flight connecting New Delhi and Pantnagar in Uttarakhand. 

The airline will operate daily direct flight between the two cities with operations commencing from 8th April, 2022, the company said in a press release.

Shilpa Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer, SpiceJet, said, “We are extremely delighted to connect New Delhi with Pantnagar marking a new phase of enhanced connectivity between the national capital and Uttarakhand. In addition to increasing connectivity to the state's many tourist destinations, our direct flight will have a positive impact on boosting the local economy.

"Since Pantnagar airport is well connected to important tourist destinations in Uttarakhand such as Nainital, Ranikhet, Jim Corbett National Park, Bhimtal and Almora, the new flight will be beneficial to both tourists and residents in the state, as well as help in reviving the travel and tourism sector.”

The airline’s Q-400 aircraft will be deployed on this route. Bookings are now open on www.spicejet.com, SpiceJet's mobile app and through online travel portals and travel agents.
