Mumbai, Mar 13 (IBNS): Raising his voice about the toll tax problems faced by the people in Mumbai, Indian cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar has written a letter to Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.

Tendulkar, in his letter tried, has tried to draw the attention of the chief minister towards the "physical and mental toll on citizens" over toll tax issue.

"I am deeply concerned about the present state of affairs concerning the operations of toll gates around the city of Mumbai," Sachin said in a detailed two-pager on his Rajya Sabha letterhead.

The letter was sent to Fadnavis on Feb 20 and was made public on Friday.

He urged the chief minister to ensure a hassle free and easy movement for the motorists in Mumbai.
