Road accident kills 4 near Kolkata

Kolkata, Nov 29 (IBNS): Four persons died and two injured when a car slammed into a truck on Saturday morning, media reported.
The incident occurred on Durgapur Road at Chanditala in West Bengal's Hooghly district.
 
According to reports, the car was travelling from Burdwan and was heading towards Kolkata.
 
Eye-witnesses said that the driver of the car lost control and slammed at the back of a truck.
 
Four persons including the driver died on the spot.
 
The other two occupants were taken to hospital in serious condition.
 
Police said, he deceased hailed from Belur city.
