Rahul Gandhi in Madhya Pradesh, to address rally in Mandsaur

| @indiablooms | Jun 06, 2018, at 10:30 am

Bhopal, Jun 6 (IBNS): Congress president Rahul Gandhi will be addressing  the Kisan Samriddhi Sankalp rally in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday.

The rally will be held to mark the protest against the alleged killing of farmers in the state last year.

In Jun 2017, Mandsaur was on boil after farmers staged a violent protest demanding better prices for their produce and waiver of loans.

The agitation turned violent and police opened fire killing five farmers.

BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh will go to state polls later this year.
