President pays floral tributes to R. Venkataraman on birth anniversary
New Delhi, Dec 4 (IBNS) : President Ram Nath Kovind paid floral tributes to R. Venkataraman, former President of India, on his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Tuesday.
The President, family members of R. Venkataraman as well as officers and staff of the President’s Secretariat paid respects before a portrait of Venkataraman.
