PM Modi meets President in hospital

New Delhi, Dec 16 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday visited the Army (Research and Referral) Hospital in New Delhi to inquire about the health of President Pranab Mukherjee who had underwent coronary angioplasty last week.

Modi said Mukherjee talked on issues related to the nation during his meeting with the President.
Modi tweeted: "Met Rashtrapati ji. He was very cheerful. I had gone to ask about his health but instead he talked about issues relating to the Nation!"

The official Twitter page of the President of India said: "Prime Minister visited #PresidentMukherjee to enquire about his health and wished him speedy recovery."
