New Delhi, Oct 16 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday wished Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on his birthday.

However, the CM is no celebrating the occasion as a mark of expressing solidarity to the people affected by Cyclone Titli and subsequent floods in some parts of the east Indian state.

He has reportedly urged party workers not to host any function on the day.

The CM turned 72.
