Nearly 200 huts in Bihar village catch fire
Patna, Apr 22 (IBNS) Nearly 200 thatched huts in a village in Bihar's Jehanabad district burnt down on Thursday, according to media reports.
The huts in Hridaychak village, that were mostly made of hay and belonged to Dalit families, caught fire, reported news channel NDTV.
Fire trucks have rushed to the spot.
According to local reports, the intense heat caused the fire. Temperature in Jehanabad shot up above 40 degree celsius on Thursday.
The government has also initiated an inquiry, according to media reports.
