Lightnings kill five people and injure seven in West Bengal
Kolkata/UNI: Storms and lightning took five lives and injured seven in three districts of West Bengal, reports coming here today said.
While two people were killed, five were injured when lightning struck them at Harishchandrapur in Malda.
Two others died similarly in Birbhum's Rampurhat and one person died and two others received burn injuries in Murshidabad's Khorgram.
The reports said heavy rains and lightning was also reported from Purulia this afternoon.
