Kolkata, Nov 25 (IBNS): A school student and a middle-aged bus conductor were killed in separate accidents at two different locations in Kolkata on Friday, reports said.

According to reports, when the six-year-old student, Akash Biswas, was going to school with his mother, a speeding dumper mowed him down at Nayabad near Mukundapur in southern Kolkata.

The kid died on spot, while his mother was unhurt.

Police seized the killer dumper and arrested its driver from the spot.

Meanwhile, a Garia Station to Belur Math bound bus lost its control, while descending from Baghajatin flyover on E. M. Bypass, and overturned.
