Kill 'corrupt' politicians, not our jawans, Bihar MP suggests Maoists

Patna, May 3 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): Controversial parliamentarian Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav has suggested the Maoist rebels to kill “corrupt” politicians, instead of security personnel.

“Maoists should kill those who are robbing the country and not those who are providing security to the nation,” Yadav said after meeting the victims of naxal violence in Hajipur town on Wednesday.

Of the total 25 security personnel killed in Maoist ambush in Sukma area of neighbouring Chhattisgarh state last month, six belonged to Bihar.

“Why should they (rebels) kill the security forces? They remain in our security all the time, abandoning their family behind,” he added.

Yadav who was elected on RJD ticket from Madhepura Lok Sabha in Bihar has been expelled from the parent party for his anti-party activities.

After his expulsion, he floated the Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) but it failed to open its account in the last 2015 assembly elections.
