Kashmir: Three HM OGWs arrested in Tral

Srinagar/UNI: Security forces on Monday arrested three Over Ground Workers (OGWs) belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.

Official sources said following specific information, security forces arrested three OGWs, identified as Adil Rasool Ganai, Riyaz Ahmad and Mohammad Ishaq Bhat at Tral in Pulwama on Monday.

They said the trio was involved in providing shelter and other logistic support to HM militants.

Security forces have come down heavily on OGWs and militants since January this year. Over 50 OGWs have been arrested so far since January while about 25 militants have been killed in different operations in the valley.
