Kashmir: JUIAK hands over 10 oxygen concentrators to AHRF Kargil

Srinagar/IBNS: Jamiat-ul-Ulama Isna Ashariya Kargil (JUISK) Thursday handed over 10 oxygen concentrators to its health wing Alreza Healthcare and Research Foundation (AHRF), Kargil.

All 10 oxygen concentrators were donated by Khalsa Aid International to JUISK and were handed over by  President Nazir Mehdi Muhammadi. The concentrators were received by the monitoring committee of  AHRF.

AHRF monitoring committee including Asgar Majaz, Gulzar Hussain and Shabir Hussain thanked JUISK  president for his efforts to help sub-organisations to help common people during the pandemic. AHRF  already had seven concentrators that are provided to needy people.

The organisation has helped 21 patients to date during the second wave of Covid, an official of AHRF said.

The organisation also expressed hope that after receiving 10 new oxygen concentrators it would expand its humanitarian work.

The organisation is already providing free ambulance service, medical aid for needy Covid patients,  blood donations, oxy-meters and oxygen concentrators.

Meanwhile, the JUISK president tweeted that they had received 10 oxygen concentrators from Khalsa Aid  International and expresses his gratitude to them.

He said JUISK would continue its cooperation with Khalsa Aid International for the service of humanity.
