Kangana Ranaut takes over 70,000 lead, congratulates people of Mandi for strong Lok Sabha show

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is heading towards Lok Sabha victory on debut from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi seat as counting of votes is currently underway on Tuesday.

She is currently leading by over 70,000 votes.

She dedicated her strong performance in the national polls to the people of Mandi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is inching towards coming to power at the Centre for the third term.

She contested the polls against  Congress's Vikramaditya Singh.

Singh is the son of former Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh.
