As per official figures, for Baltal, 1,140 pilgrims left the base camp in 52 vehicles. For Pahalgam, 3,750 pilgrims left the base camp in 124 vehicles.

Lt Governor Sinha on Tuesday e-inaugurated the Yatri Niwas facility at Ramban from Jammu.

He observed that the picturesque Yatri Niwas spread over 23 kanals was an important stop in the journey of Baba Barfani.
