Jammu and Kashmir: BSF nabs Pakistani intruder on IB in Jammu's RS Pura

Jammu/UNI: Alert troops of the BSF on Tuesday arrested one intruder in Ranbir Singh Pura area here on the city outskirts.

The spokesman said that BSF troops observed suspicious movement of a Pakistan national who had crossed the International Border (IB) near and was making desperate attempt to cross the fence.

He was warned to stop but he did not pay any attention and was subsequently fired upon due to which he got minor injury.

BSF troops subsequently apprehended him and handed him over to police.
During preliminary questioning, he was identified as Shabbir, 40, son of Yusuf.
