Rampur, Nov 21 (IBNS): Sparking off a fresh controversy, Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Azam Khan said "Talibani" terror group and underworld don "Dawood" (Ibrahim) are funding for party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav's grand birthday celebration.
On being asked about who is funding for Yadav's grand birthday celebration on Saturday, an irate Khan said: "The money is coming from terror organisations like Dawood, Taliban and Abu Salem."

According to reports, the SP chief's 76th birthday will be celebrated in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur in a grand manner which includes a 75-feet-long cake and a Victorian 'buggy' hired from London.

On the day of his birthday, the SP supremo is expected to lay the foundation stone of a medical college, besides addressing a public meeting.

Uttarakhand Governor Aziz Qureshi and several other dignitaries will reportedly attend the function at the Mohammad Ali Jauhar University.

"The Samajwadi Party has decided to celebrate Singh's 76th birthday as 'Samta Diwas'," CNN-IBN reported.
