BJP announces Yogi Adityanath as UP Chief Minister

Lucknow, Mar 18 (IBNS): Five-time Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath has been announced as the next Chief Minister of the state on Saturday.

The decision was taken following a party meet in Lucknow.

BJP state unit chief Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma have been named as the Deputy CMs of UP.

Confirming the news, the official Twitter handle of BJP tweeted, "Shri @yogi_adityanath to take oath as UP CM tomorrow. Shri @kpmaurya1 and Shri Dinesh Sharma deputy CM: Shri @MVenkaiahNaidu."
