Bengaluru woman gangraped at knife-point

Bengaluru, Oct 6 (IBNS) A 23-year old woman working with a call centre was allegedly gangraped at knife-point by two men, on Saturday, near Koramangala locality of Bengaluru in Karnataka.

The victim, a call centre employee, was returning home around 10 p.m in a private mini bus when the men on board took her to a deserted place and committed the crime. 

Police Commissioner NS Megharikh told reporters that she was raped on the night of Oct 3 by two persons in South-East Bengaluru.
 
The driver of the bus was also involved. 
  
The woman, who hails from Madhya Pradesh, had started working in Bengaluru. 
 
Later when she was dropped after the crime, she called her sister who took her to a hospital. 
 
Police are on the hunt for the men who committed the crime.
