The top Assam cops said that, Subodh Biswas had managed to flee from Silapathar on March 10 with help from some local persons and some persons identified.

Meanwhile, Assam police arrested three more persons in connection with the March 6 Silapathar incident.

Dhemaji police had arrested Sadhan Biswas, vice president of NIBBUSS Dhemaji unit and other two persons Pallav Seal and Bharat Rajbongshi.
