Akhilesh Yadav sacks eight ministers
Lucknow, Oct 29 (IBNS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday sacked eight of his ministers and taken away the portfolios of another nine as he prepares for a major reshuffle of his cabinet, media reports said.
This comes after the Chief Minister thoroughly assessed the conduct of all ministers.
According to reports, the reshuffle might take place on Saturday.
This is seen as a preparation for the next assembly elections due in 2017.
