Ahead of Rahul's return, Digvijaya says timing of leave was wrong
New Delhi, Apr 5 (IBNS): Ahead of Rahul Gandhi's return next week, Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh said the timing of the party Vice President's leave was not correct.
"Well, as I said, timing could have been better," Singh told CNN-IBN channel.
Rahul has taken leave from the Parliament triggering huge controversy.
His absence created a flutter in political circles and prompted the ruling BJP members in Parliament to make it an issue when he went on "a leave of absence" during the crucial budget session of parliament.
His party has said he is devoting time to "introspection and contemplation."
