28 state BJP incharges named

New Delhi, Oct 21 (IBNS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president on Tuesday appointed 28 state party incharges in states and union territories in the country , officials said.

Prabhat Jha has been appointed as the head in Delhi while Avinash Rai Khanna has been named for Jammu and Kashmir.
