India reports 67,084 COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

New Delhi/IBNS: India reported 67,084 COVID-19 cases while the toll went up by 1,241 in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry stated on Thursday morning.

In the same span of time, 1,67,882 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from various health facilities.

The recovery rate now stands at 96.95%.

The active cases now account for 1.86% of the total cases reported in the country since Jan 2020.

Under the national vaccination drive, 171.28 anti-COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the vast country of 36 states and union territories.
