India records 71,365 fresh COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours
New Delhi: India recorded 71,365 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the country's daily positivity rate now stands at 4.5 percent, as per the Ministry of Health released data on Wednesday.
During the same period, 1217 people died due to the virus.
India's Active caseload currently stands at 8,92,828.
Active cases stand at 2.11 percent.
Recovery Rate currently stands at 96.70 percent.
Meanwhile, 1,72,211 recoveries from the disease were recorded in the past 24 hours.
