India records 5,747 fresh COVID-19 cases

New Delhi: India registered 5,747 fresh COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours as the daily positivity rate touched 1.69 percent, as per data released by the Ministry of Health on Saturday.

India's active caseload currently stands at 46,848.

Active cases stand at 0.11 percent.

Recovery Rate currently at 98.71 percent.

5,618 people recovered from the disease during the same period.
