Steel Strips Wheels July 2020 total wheel rim sales moves down by 27 pc to of 9.25 lacs

Mumbai/UNI: Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has reported a decline of 27 per cent in its total wheel rim sales for July 2020 at 9.25 lakhs as compared with 12.59 lakhs in July 2019.

SSWL has achieved gross turnover of Rs 132.75 crore in July 2020 as compared with 182.52 crore in July 2019, there by recording a decline of 27 per cent and achieved net turnover of Rs 110.35 crore in July 2020 as against Rs 54.50 crore in July 2019, representing a decline of 29 per cent Alloy Wheel Segment reported its highest Volume sale every for July 2020. Mehsana plant is expected to run at 90 pc utilization in August 2020 onwards, company said in a filing with BSE.

Tractor segment remained at almost 100 pc utilization pace and near all-time high historic trends.
