Sensex opens 153 points low
New Delhi, June 20 (IBNS): Days after RBI governor Raghuram Rajan announced he will not serve the post for a second term, the Sensex opened on Monday Sensex opened 153.40 points low on Monday.
However, at around 9:28 am, the Sensex stood at 26597.75, low by 28.16 points.
Nifty on the other end was low by 26.30 points to stand at 8143.90 points.
Indian rupee opened marginally down at 67 per dollar.
Rajan on Saturday said he will not serve as the Governor of the Reserve Bank of India for a second term.
