Sensex ends 161 points above

Mumbai, Aug 28 (IBNS): The Indian market closed in the green with the Sensex ending 161 points above on Friday.

Ending at 161.19 points above, Sensex closed 26392.38 points.

The Nifty ended 53 points above at 8001.95 points.
