M&M spurts by 10.76 pc to close at Rs 705.60

Mumbai/UNI: M&M on Wednesday spurted by 10.76 per cent to close at Rs 705.60 a major gainer in 30 scrips of the BSE.

Other gainers were L & T by 6.15 per cent to close at Rs 1147.75, IndusInd Bank by 5.67 per cent to close at Rs 828.50, Bajaj Finserv by 5.62 per cent to close at Rs 7778.26 and SBI by 4.93 per cent to close at Rs 252.05.

The losers were Hind Unilever by 2.07 per cent to close at Rs 2131.25, ITC by 1.74 per cent to close at Rs 184.05, Titan by 1.69 per cent to close at Rs 1279.65, TCS by 1.51 per cent to close at Rs 2625.90 and Bharti Airtel by 1.26 per cent to close at Rs 478.50.
