Key Indian benchmark close mildly down on Friday

Mumbai, Apr 20 (IBNS): Key Indian benchmarks closed lower on Friday, with BSE Sensed down 11.71 points at 34415.58 and NSE Nifty down 1.30 points at 10564.00.

Top gainers included TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL Tech, Infosys, Wipro, Bharti Airtel and Coal India while Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, SBI, HDFC and Bajaj Finserv .

According to media reports,  Radiant Life Care on Friday made an unsolicited non-binding expression of interest to acquire the cash-strapped hospital chain, Fortis Healthcare.

Manipal-TPG, Munjal-Burmans, Malaysia's IHH Healthcare and China's Fosun have already submitted bids for Fortis Healthcare, reports said.
