GPTW recognises Godfrey Phillips India among the 'Best Companies to Work for 2021'

New Delhi/IBNS: Godfrey Phillips India has made it to the Great Places to Work's (GPTW) 'Best Companies to Work for 2021' list. Participating for the third year, the enterprise received a ranking of 28th.

The recognition by GPTW which ranks companies worldwide on outstanding people, practices, and workplace cultures is a validation of the dynamic culture that Godfrey Phillips stands for, said the company release.

The global FMCG company is also recognized for benefits that include medical support for employees and their families, the release said while adding that the pandemic allowed the company to enjoy the fruits of the effort, as employees exhibited high engagement and innovative solution orientation that reflects in business results.

The flagship company of Modi Enterprises also propagates consistent communication with an emphasis on an emotional connection with employees, it said.
