FCA India organises pre-monsoon check-up camps for FIAT customers

Kolkata, Jun 17 (IBNS): FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India will be organizing pre-monsoon check-up camps for its customers across FIAT-authorised service stations nationwide from June 20-26.
This pre-monsoon service camp is a precautionary measure that the company offers FIAT car owners to make sure they are protected through the course of the monsoon season.

FIAT customers who visit authorised service centres will enjoy a 10% discount on selected parts, 15% discount on labour (excluding body shop-related work), a special 20% discount on value added services such as wax coating, anti-rust treatment and upholstery cleaning, and a 50% discount on a full car wash. 
 
They can also avail of free interior cleaning by a FIAT-appointed vendor and a free car check-up.

 Speaking about the initiative, Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India Operations said:“We continue to work towards providing reliable after-sales service to our customers across India. Our Service Camps serve as a platform for us to engage with our customers to reassure them of our continued service commitment.”

FIAT dealerships will contact existing customers through text messages and e-mails to inform them about the Pre-Monsoon Bonanza Camp. The company will also be promoting the camp through Facebook and Twitter.
