Indonesia: Military plane crash, 37 killed
Jakarta, June 30 (IBNS) An Indonesian military transport plane crashed in the country's Medan city, leaving at least 37 people dead on Tuesday, media reports said.
A huge ball of fire was created as the Hercules C-130 plane crashed into two houses and a car in the city, reports said.
Military spokesman Fuad Basya told the BBC that the plane came down soon after take-off and that there were at least 12 crew members on board.
Rescue operation is currently going on.
The exact cause of the mishap is not known.
