Big B calls new actors brilliant, says he is not fit to be President of India

Mumbai, Dec 2 (IBNS): Megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Friday appreciated the new crop of actors currently performing in Bollywood and said every new artiste he has seen are 'faultless'.

"They are all brilliant and I am not being diplomatic. Every new artiste I see are so accomplished and faultless. It's marvellous to see the kind of talent they have," the actor was quoted as saying at HT Summit.

The actor said the credit for his success in the roles over goes to the writers and filmmakers and not to him since he just follows what he asked to do.

He said he also takes social media criticism and abuses in his stride and informed that his blog was designed in a way so that he can reply to the comments of the people who posted them on the site.

Calling himself just a normal person, he said he is not fit or knowledgeable enough to be the President of India as being discussed.

He even called a joke the idea of BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha who had said earlier that the next President of India should be Big B.

Appreciating his last released movie 'Pink', the actor said: " Every dialogue I spoke in the film, I would speak even if I wasn't working in the film."

Pink is a 2016 Indian courtroom drama film directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.
