Shruti Now Sings For Herself in Gabbar

Mumbai, Feb 27 (IBNS) It's just the 2nd month of the year and Shruti Haasan has already walked in owning it.

After her 6 films line up announcement in Hindi and South, she also made a huge musical impact with two diverse tracks for two leading films - Joganiyan for Tevar and Sannata for Shamitabh. And now, she's getting set to have her third track for the year released - this time for her own film Gabbar opposite Akshay Kumar.

It is believed that the song is a modern day love song with a very edgy rock pop vibe. The song is apparently very different from Joganiyan the romantic ballad and the quirky rock track Sannata but promises to be as popular as the first two songs for the album.

An industry insider also reveals that there is a belief that Shruti Haasan is the latest musical lucky charm for any film album and is being contacted for more and more tracks for the big films. We are hoping that this will be a hat trick of hit songs for Shruti and are looking forward to see her picturized in a song she's done playback for finally.
