New Delhi, Sept 14 ( IBNS): Lifestyle exhibition 'Aalishan Pakistan', which was being held in New Delhi, concluded on a high note today as the expo saw a huge rush of denizens of Delhi who came to get their slice of Pakistan.

With over 260 exhibitors selling everything from garments to jewelry and other accessories, to home décor handicrafts, the event has surely been a huge hit in the capital.

The exhibition was also a platform for people-to-people interaction between the two neighbouring countries, as many visitors came only to enquire about their friends and family in Pakistan. Both the organisers and exhibitors are overwhelmed with the friendly disposition of people here in India, and the warmth with which they were welcomed.

Speaking on closing day of ‘Aalishan Pakistan’, Sher Afgan, who is the official spokesperson for TDAP, said “We would definitely like to come back again in a bigger way. Some of our key areas of strength like jewelry, furniture and handicrafts which we could not really cover this time, will be made available next time as lot of clients have been asking for those things.”
