Eye Q super speciality hospital gets national award for excellence

New Delhi, June 29 (IBNS) Eye Q, a super speciality hospital, has been accorded with the national award for excellence in healthcare 2016.

The award  is endorsed by the CMO Asia, World CSR Day & Stars of the industry group, a release said.

Healthcare awards recognize and reward projects and professionals that lead innovative healthcare practice and make a real difference to patients’ lives in the healthcare science and allied health professions.

The release quoted  APS Bhalla, Chief Operating Officer, Eye Q  as saying, "This award is a bye product of our continuous efforts to serve our patients with world class technology, at affordable rates.

"Now we are embarking on yet another innovative initiative of providing comprehensive Eye care at Homes of our patients. We are also opening Vision Centres in small towns to provide easy access of world class Eye care to patients of these towns," he said. 

In the past the hospital received  ‘The Best Eye Care Company’ award by Frost and Sullivan’s India Healthcare Excellence Awards in 2012 and ‘The most promising brand in Eye Care in India’ at the World Brand Summit 2016. 

Eye-Q currently operates 44 super specialty eye hospitals under a hub-and-spoke model in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Gujarat and will be soon expanding in Maharashtra with centres in Aurangabad, Nasik and Jalgaon

. As a part of its joint venture with Dubai-headquartered Skipperseil group, Eye Q would soon launch its operations in Africa with a centre in Nigeria, the release said.
