Medicine Boxes unveiled at Priya

Kolkata, Apr 23 (IBNS) As part of a unique CSR campaign the entertainment industry leaders of the East, Priya Entertainments Pvt Ltd is introducing MEDICINE BANK at PRIYA and all other centres in West Bengal and at Agartala Tripura too.
Medicine bank for the underprivileged section of our society. As part of the program, the medicine boxes will be put up in all  units and will be used for collection of unused medicines which have not yet expired and have shelf life. The campaign has been initiated on Poila Boisakh celebrating the Bengali New Years day. These medicines will  be collected from  and awareness needs to be created amongst the patrons visiting the Cinema hall. 
 
An NGO, Balaka,will coordinate and screen the expiry dates to further cater to the requirements of underprivileged children and poverty stricken family unable to purchase medicines for treatment.

The key persons of the units, i.e. Unit Heads are responsible for such display and coordination with NGO's. The branded PEPL medicine box shall be displayed at a prominent place for proper visibility and awareness.

Arijit Dutta, MD, PEPL says, "This is our humble service to those unfortunate patients who cannot afford medicine. Every family has excess, unused medicines which can be put good use use by such donations."
