Kolkata, Dec 16 (IBNS): Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS), a leading enterprise service provider in India, has offered a portfolio of solutions for the SMEs backed by IT and connectivity solutions.

At a national level, the industry-wide SME segment is growing at 8%, while TDBS is growing at 15% for the last three years on a consistent basis.

TDBS is strengthening its services by adding 2,000 new fiber locations every month to its existing 125,000-km-long fiber network.

Commenting on SMEs and Startups in India, Harjit Singh Chauhan, Business Head – SME, Tata Teleservices Limited, said “Digital transformation will bring about a paradigm shift in the way companies do business and TDBS, with its portfolio of product and solutions, is at the heart of this evolution. SMEs are much more likely to adopt new technologies, as compared to large enterprises. TDBS is supporting SMEs in Kolkata through its portfolio of products, connectivity solutions and business specific applications that provide gains in the form of customer experience, operational efficiency, and better returns on investment.”

TDBS has a special emphasis on digital transformation of traditional brick-and-mortar companies across industry verticals. Enterprises, small or large, are outsourcing their ICT requirements to focus on their core business thereby increasing their growth potential. Enterprise Services like Collaboration (Video/Audio Conferencing), Connectivity (Voice and Data), Mobility Solutions, and new age digital technologies such as Internet-of-Things (IoT)/Machine-to-Machine (M2M) have found a steady uptake in the market. The central and state governments too have been taking a lead in adopting digital solutions for automating delivery of most essential services.
