Kolkata, Mar 31 (IBNS) Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL), a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has launched the all new Access 125.

The Access is already a popular scooter in the Indian two-wheeler market, having sold more than 2 million units. Suzuki is taking this one step further by bringing about a full model change in their flagship scooter.

The new Access 125 sports a state of the art engine, inheriting the latest technology developed by Suzuki from its MotoGP racing experience and advanced analysis techniques. As a result, the scooter boasts of top class fuel efficiency and powerful acceleration.

The new Access 125 has a rigid yet lightweight frame which improves mileage, straight line stability and cornering performance.

This is further enhanced by a larger 12 inch front tire and fine-tuned suspension, to improve road holding performance over rough and uneven roads. Coupled with the optimized CVT settings, the new Access gives a smooth, easy ride on the bumpiest city roads.

The new Access 125 has a steel front fender and steel leg shield for added protection and durability and the longest seat and under seat storage in the segment.

Additional features include front pocket, optional DC socket and a multi -function instrument cluster with digital display. The new Accessis equipped with the latest automobile technology - the Suzuki Easy Start System, which is the first of its kind on any two wheeler in India. All the features have been designed keeping in mind practical usage in real conditions and the comfort of Indian riders.


Design wise, the new Access has evolved into a modern and sophisticated look with chrome finish, 3D emblem logo and rich bodywork with stylish edgy lines. The new Access 125 will also be available with an optional front disc brake and alloy wheels. The new Access is an all-round star – both in terms of functionality and looks, and is bound to appeal to all age groups.

The new Access 125 will be available in showrooms in 5 colours – Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue, Candy Sonoma Red, Pearl Mirage White, Metallic Matt Fibroin Gray and Glass Sparkle Black.

The new Access 125 drum brake variant will be available at Rs.64,201(On-road price, Kolkata).
